The home has a beautiful outlook over the nature reserve on the North boundary, walk way access to the famous Long Beach. Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. Nespresso Coffee Machine with Milk Frother, just bring your favorite pods. Reverse cycled air-conditioning in main living room. The master bedroom featuring a king bed, flat screen Tv with en-suite and double glass doors that lead out onto the North facing veranda, a perfect spot to sit for a peaceful morning coffee. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, bedroom 3 has 1 singles & a bunk bed, bedroom four has a Tri bunk with a double bed on the bottom & a single on top. Side and rear yards are all fully enclosed with a lawn area for the children. Great outdoor area with umbrellas & a weber BBQ.
