relax in an airy, tastefully decorated 3-bedroom home with 1 queen, a queen with two singles, a double with a bunk set and stair barriers at the top and bottom of the stair case All bedrooms are equipped with a wall fan, panel heating, extra doona's and plenty of pillows- making it the perfect home to enjoy all year round.
upstairs has open plan living with fresh floor coverings, 5kw reverse cycle air con, anti-glare window treatment and panel heating The kitchen has all the amenities perfect for entertaining (including dishwasher, stove, microwave, large fridge and sandwich press). Plenty of cupboards contain ample crockery, cutlery, utensils, glasses, and cookware. There are 3 comfy sofas, two armchairs, several beanbags, a dining setting, TV, VCR, DVD and CD. The large deck has a Weber BBQ and outdoor dining furniture for 10.
the laundry/shower room with separate toilet has been refurbished in 2018 with a new vanity and shower enclosure, an as new washing machine, an iron and ironing board There are two shady terraces with outdoor furniture, a green back lawn for children to play safely in view, and a large, fully fenced yard with room to park a boat and cars off-street.
