A classic waterfront Cape Cod property overlooking Megansett Harbor and Buzzards Bay, our property has a large private sandy beach located just a few steps away right in front of the homes. The homes sit overlooking the beach on a beautiful bluff that provides stunning views of Clevelands Ledge lighthouse, magnificent sunset views, and cocktails at any hour. The large and small home on the property both provide ample bedrooms for family and friends. Both homes have full kitchens and bathrooms. The large home (Big House) has six bedrooms which sleeps 12, and the small home (Little House) has four bedrooms and sleeps 9 (but includes a day bed in the living room for a 10th person). Both or either home may be rented. The Little House rents for $800 a night, and the Big House rents for $850 a night. Both homes together rent for $1550 a night. There is plenty of privacy between the 2 homes, and each home has its own ocean view from the bluff with plenty of seating..
