affordable cozy cottage,only 60 feet to the ocean, this cozy single family cottage 900 sq feet was renovated in 08 in a nautical theme kitchen has brand new fridge 2013, new glass top stove 2015 new laminate flooring , sliding door entry , new futon couch and chairs in living area with 32 inch flat screen tv/cable games,movies futon sleeps 2 w/thick mattress
clean renovated 2015 bathroom with large stall shower
master br has ocean views comfortable queen mattress with memory foam topper tv/cable and a/c ,br #2 has bunk bed with full on bottom and twin on top, washer and dryer
cottage located behind our other cottage the blue pearl cottage also listed for rent , the clamshell cottage has a small sitting area with gas grill
being this close to 7 miles of sandy beach, makes coming back for lunch, bathroom breaks, forgotten items a breeze
walking distance to fresh lobster mile long jetty, saco river, docks, pier, general store, 3 restaurants, gift shops short drive to oob, flea market, drive-in, amusement parks, lighthouses , lis and reg wifi internet and pet friendly

guest book comments: sharon, thank you so much for letting us stay at the clamshell cottage, the cottage is wonderfully decorated and the new appliances were great the weather was great, we had one rainy day the kids hung out in the cottage there was plenty of room the large tv and games helped a lot. We just love the location so close to the beach . We will be back The Connis Family****** Great time had by all, expecialy the beach perfect for our small children like you said coming back for bathroom breaks was a life saver. Wormwoods has the best clam chowder and Midge at the gift shop was amazing. We highly recommend the Clamshell cottage Betty, Jim, Connor, Kaitlin, Sarah and Benny the dog *******What a nice place you have here in Camp Ellis, The cottage was well stocked we wished for nothing Walking the dog every morning with my wife meeting the friendly neighbors. The Beach was not too crowded for July. I found the hugest starfish i ever seen in Maine Joe and Mellissa Bagliano.
