whether it’s a couple’s getaway, friends’ weekend or family vacation, this home has everything you need for a memorable trip! open space living with kitchen, dining and living room close together on the main floor, just adjacent to the queen bedroom and shared bathroom with walk-in shower Just down the staircase by the kitchen, on the lower level, you'll find a private king bedroom and bathroom, another bedroom with a twin top and full bunk on the lower, and the second shared bathroom. Our laundry set is in the basement and we provide laundry detergent for guest use.
off the kitchen, you'll find that the backyard is fully fenced and well-mannered dogs are welcome Please do not leave pets alone inside the home, and pick up after them outside. The house has been crafted to feel cozy, open, light and homey-- Home away from home, for lots of families. It's also been created family-friendly with games, books, toys, and a safety gate for the stairs. The home is nestled across the street from an elementary school with a few playgrounds to choose from during non-school hours.

we do have recording devices on the outside of the home, front and back, for safety and security These cameras do record video and sound, but we respect guest privacy so we only look at the cameras if an issue arises during or after your stay. The front camera is an overhead camera at the front door and faces the street. The back camera is on the house facing the alley. No cameras are mounted in, nor do they face/record any private, guest-only areas.
we do charge a $20 non-refundable pet fee per night for first pet Additional pets are $15 per night.
