Positive: I like the fact that the property feels like a home. Quite and comfortable.

Negative: I extremely detest the fact that some occupants are allowed to bring in pets (dogs in particular) and harass other occupants. The property is a public space and should be strictly treated as such. Not everyone likes dogs - they are inherently dangerous creatures. On two different occasions, my brother and I almost got bitten by two untamed dogs. The owner of the dog carelessly paraded the dogs around the living room as though he was the only occupant in the property. It's both scary and frustrating to think that your freedom in a property you paid for could be curtailed by the thought of having untamed dogs living in the same house with you. The management should do something about this real quick by restricting occupants from bringing in pets of whatever kind to the property for the safety of other occupants. Personally I will stop using the Cinematic Journey if I get harassed one more time by dogs or any other animal. Thanks.

Summary: Pleasant but could sometimes be daunting when harrassed by dogs.
