The front door opens into the open plan living/dining area which is a welcoming area to socialise in, either around the table over a game of cards or by sitting in front of a roaring log fire. The kitchen is well-appointed with all the amenities and equipment you require to prepare a picnic or Sunday roast dinner. Upstairs are three bedrooms comprising a master bedroom with a double bed, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom. The accommodation is completed with two bathrooms, one with a bath and the second with a shower cubicle. There are shared gardens with the adjoining property, and the properties share access to a barn which offers table tennis, pool and table football. Pets are also allowed.

A short 10 minutes’ drive away is the market town of Broughton-in-Furness. Broughton has excellent amenities including a selection of local shops, a tourist information centre and petrol station. In and around Broughton you will also find some of the excellent pubs, including several award winners, many offering good quality food alongside their real ales and roaring fires, you will be spoilt for choice as to where to dine out.
