we have a kitchen / dining room, comfortable lounge with a wood fire, laundry, bathroom and separate wc The kitchen windows open wide onto a large double deck which has a BBQ, outdoor table setting and four lounges.

we are located in a quiet position, only a 10 minute walk to the venus bay shops and a further 13 minute walk to beach #1 Beach # 1 is a patrolled surf beach during summer weekends, public and school holidays.
the venus bay shops consist of a small supermarket, pharmacy, 2 real estate agencies, a wonderful café/restaurant named cavity, pizza shop, fish 'n chips and an ice-cream shop
it is a 5 minute drive to tarwin lower which you pass when entering venus bay Featured here is the Riverside Hotel which is great for a casual meal / music, Post office, Service station, Hardware store, Uniting church, IGA supermarket and a number of other businesses. The walk from Chloe's Cottage to Tarwin is a pleasant 40 minute stroll along the walking path.
