This newly remodeled modern home features large open concept front room with large granite Fireplace flanked by 2 -16 foot sliding glass doors. From this hillside location there is a great view of downtown Palm Springs. 75" Sony flat screen with oversize modular couch is awesome. TV's are Internet only access. City ID 3787, 12.5% TOT tax is added separately to any reservation that is less than 29 days. TOT permit 7751. You must be over 25 to rent and will be required to submit and show ID on check in, a signed rental agreement is required, sent separately after your VRBO confirmation. Per City of PS, any violation of PSVR rental rules and subsequent fine imposed, you will be fined a minimum of $1,000 for 1st violation, subsequent violations are $2,000 and grounds for immediate eviction.
pool heating is available for $115 per day, recommended from october to may Advance notice recommended as it takes 6 hours to heat heated temp ranges from 81-85 Degrees.
dogs - we love dogs and welcome up to 2 dogs, under 45 lbs @ $25 each per night
