set on landscaped gardens there is plenty of space for the kids to explore and play With wineries, restaurants, Point Leo surf beach and the Balnarring and Flinders shopping villages close by you will have everything at your fingertips.
the large west facing deck beneath a pergola is the perfect spot to spend the day in the sunshine with family and friends making memories; while the interiors with separate living and dining rooms, timber kitchen, main bathroom and open fireplace have a lovely relaxed atmosphere
two bedrooms are housed in their own wing with air conditioning, opening to the deck perfect for the kids and their friends, while the main bedroom is privately zoned in the main house Please note there is no bathroom with these two bedrooms, you need to access the main house for the toilet and bathroom.

we welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.
