Positive: The location is on the ground floor of an apartment building in a quiet neighbourhood. Ample parking space. Baker and bar across the street, farmers market around the corner on Monday. Very friendly and responsive owners. Short walk to town. Very clean

Negative: I had done a quick search without noticing there is no internet available/wifi, bit of a shock for my adolescent son when arriving. 5G reception is good though. Windows are directly on the side curb, so if you want to sleep with windows open (you can safely do so by tilting them open, shutter blinds close) for fresh air, people and cars are directly passing by the window. But again, it is a quiet neighbourhood so I had no trouble sleeping.
