Positive: A lovely, ridiculously clean apartment that had a great location for a wedding we attended at Skinners Hall. It had everything you’d need and the turn down service is a bonus. Helpful staff and maids.
Negative: The mattress in the smaller apartment was hard and seemed to have a hump in it. The pillows were really soft and not very supportive but after requesting some firmer ones they were delivered which made a massive difference to our sleep the second night. Even with these issues we would recommend/return. Would like a lock or chain on the front door given we had a toddler as well. We used the door wedge and a chair to make us feel comfortable sleeping well incase someone come in or our toddler decided to open the door when we were not looking.
