The cheerful 3-bd is a duplex located across the street from a park in a nice neighborhood of a small town. It is completely separate from the adjacent 1 bedroom with a separate entrance and private backyard. The only thing that is shared is the parking pad in front of the home. There is one (1) dedicated parking space for each side of the duplex with ample free and unmetered parking across the street. As a duplex there is a chance that you may hear noise from the other unit. (The 1 bedroom "Ohana" is also available to rent.)

there's also a golf course, emerald valley country club, and a small hobby airport During the summer there's a weekly farmers market in town and free movies in the park.

It's actually faster to get to the Autzen Stadium and University if Oregon from Creswell than from many others areas of Eugene. Cottage Grove is 10 miles to the south. There's a public bus that runs daily from Creswell too. Beautiful back country roads are very popular with distance bike riders as well..
