50 m² cottage with living room and bedroom on the ground floor, these 2 very bright rooms open directly onto the terrace through large bay windows. Shower room with Italian shower, bathtub and toilet on the ground floor also. Upstairs, a mezzanine bedroom. For your comfort, heated floor, charges are included in the rental price, towels are provided and the beds are made on your arrival. The cottage is located in a small town easily accessible between Lyon and St-Etienne. This pretty little stone house backs onto the owners' Ferme Auberge at the entrance to a hamlet. You will appreciate the volumes, the contemporary materials (polished concrete, aluminum joinery) combined with wood. It has its own private land and parking space. There are a few animals on site but most of the Farm is 3 km from the cottage. If you wish, you can taste the farm products at the table of the Ferme-Auberge on site. remember to book!
