Charming, quaint lakefront cottage on beautiful Miramichi Bay in Port Elgin, Ontario, a 30-second walk across the road to the beach at the Bay. The cottage is also a 5-minute bike ride to the main beaches in Port Elgin and Southampton. During the day, lay on the beach, kayak, SUP and swim. At night, curl up with the family on the expansive deck to watch the amazing sunsets (and if youβre really lucky, the Northern Lights). The cottage also backs on to the Woodland Trail for beautiful hikes and bikes in the woods. Pets welcome! Update Spring 2025: the water levels this Spring look low right now, and with a shallow beach in front of the cottage, guests may have to walk out a bit on the sand to get to deeper swimming and paddling. The swimming and paddling is still great!.
