This charming cottage sits near the shore of Lake Michigan amidst low dunes. It is shaded by large conifers and hardwoods. It has a screened porch and deck, great for vacation relaxation. In five minutes you can walk to a gorgeous, wide, clean sand beach, ideal for sunning and swimming. You can walk north for miles along the beach. If you're ready for more serious exercise, you can set off running or biking nearby shaded roads or pick up designated bike trails. It is truly a beautiful location. The owner's adjacent home is well maintained with flower and vegetable gardens. The walk to the beach takes approx 10 minutes. new ac in 2020!
