Welcome to 85 Bonnet Point Road located minutes to the desirable Kelly Beach in the Bonnet Shores community. Enjoy the rustic charm with hints of costal living in this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home.
as you enter the property you are greeted into the spacious sunroom A perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening libation. There is also a dining table that will comfortably seat six. Off the sunporch is the main living room with beautiful high ceilings, cozy stone fireplace, TV and skylights allowing for great natural sunlight. The living room has a mini split (air conditioning).* Up the wooden ladder is the loft area which is an additional living/sleeping quarters with 4 twin beds. Past the living room is the kitchen with a second dining table (seats 4). The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, refrigerator, coffee maker (Keurig K-Cup& Automatic Drip), and all cooking/dining supplies.The primary ensuite has a queen bed, air conditioning (mini split) and laundry space (washer&dryer). The other two bedrooms have full size beds.
kelly beach is a walkable 6 miles from the property. There are 4 beach chairs, beach buggy and Kelly Beach tag provided.
*please note the main living room is not insulated The mini split does help with keeping room cool but can feel warm during peak heat during the summer.
pet fee: pet friendly on a case by case basis (0-20lbs) If approved there will be a $200.00 nonrefundable pet fee per pet, an additional $50.00 cleaning fee per pet.
