- do not turn the ac below 70 degrees If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- no jumping or diving into the water Children must be supervised at all times.
- should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
