Outside you will enjoy the expansive farmers porch with seating for 17 overlooking the maturely landscaped partially fenced yard as well as a separate back porch with with access to the 900 sq/ft patio, fire pit and outdoor shower. The cottage features a king sized bed and is fully equipped with kitchenette, new full bath, a second outdoor shower and also its own private deck. The location cannot be beat, just a 1/2 mile from the family friendly Pleasant Rd beach and walking distance to miniature golf, ice cream, seafood restaurant, breakfast cafe and liquor store.
