From the common entrance terrace, a comfortable spiral staircase leads down to the covered loggia (15 m2) with a pleasant view of the Bonassola bay. At the center of the apartment there is an open space with the kitchen, well equipped for 4 people (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven plus 4 burners, fridge with freezer), the living room with pellet stove: from here you can access to the master bedroom (king size bed) + air conditioning (hot and cold air), the bathroom with shower, the second bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined to form a double bed): all the rooms have spacious wardrobes .
