the land is fenced to receive a "doggie" but ask beforehand to know the breed

if household not done at the beginning or insufficiently done; provide 45 e who will be held on bail to pay the cleaning company

2 checks deposit at the delivery of keys including:
1st of 200 euros following departure of a tenant without paying his consumption wifi, electricity and local taxes (0, 40 e / day per person over 18 years) ...
2nd of 45 e for the household; will be cashed if the household needs to be redone or to be done by the cleaning company if the occupants do not wish to do so
