the condo has been owned and loved by my family since 2007 and is a very special place for us we hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

primary bed is a queen size murphy bed There is also a sleeper sofa. Note that the unit is a studio, and as such, the bedroom area is not private from the living room.
the unit has a private secluded patio that is wonderful for sipping morning coffee or enjoying an evening cocktail
lots of storage inside Private laundry in unit.
the included internet is a 600mbs plan through xfinity and the modem and wifi router is new as of february 2022

the entire unit will be privately accessible to the renter
pool, hot tub, and workout room are common areas shared pool and hot tub are open seasonally
