the new light filled english basement studio/carriage house (approx 340 sq. ft.) comes with own free garage parking and is equipped with top of the line compact kitchen appliances (a dishwasher, air hood, electric cooktop, a microwave/oven combo, and food disposal), solid maple kitchen cabinets and granite countertops; tiled bathroom with full bathtub and Grohe faucets, oak hardwood floors, recessed lighting, individually controlled AC/heating and its own full-size new laundry facility. The unit features a bright entry foyer/summer lobby for your coats and luggage which can be also used as a breakfast area with a glass door overlooking landscaped steps with evergreen planters.
