Positive: We had an amazing 10-night stay at this beautiful property in June 2025. I was looking for a place close to my family in Ano Poli, Thessaloniki, and this spot exceeded all expectations. It was my first time visiting with my partner, and I wanted him to experience the charm of this historic neighbourhood – and what a perfect choice this turned out to be. The property is even more impressive than the listing suggests. The photos don’t do it justice – the terrace is absolutely stunning, offering peaceful sea views over the rooftops, surrounded by the authentic beauty of Ano Poli. The space is beautifully decorated, very well maintained, and fully air-conditioned – which was a blessing during the hot summer days. Thanassis, the host, was exceptional – warm, responsive, and accommodating. He made sure everything was ready for our arrival, even switching on the air conditioning so we walked into a cool, welcoming space. When we requested a mid-stay clean and fresh linen, he arranged it for a time that suited us perfectly. The whole experience felt personal and thoughtful. The location is ideal for anyone wanting to explore the real Thessaloniki while being tucked away in a peaceful, traditional setting. We loved our mornings on the terrace with coffee and quiet views, and evenings wandering the local alleys. It’s the kind of place where you feel like you’re truly living in the city, not just visiting it. We’ve created such special memories here, and we will definitely be booking again on our next trip. It’s fantastic value for money, and a perfect base for anyone who wants to soak up the magic of Ano Poli. Highly, highly recommended!
