two bedrooms both with ceiling fans, linen and bed making provided, the bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and vanity and there is an external laundry with a top loader washing machine and dryer for your convenience
there is a large, enclosed yard which is perfect for the fur baby (outdoor only) and children to run around and a fantastic outdoor entertaining area with a gas bbq facility Parking is available in the driveway with enough room on the gravel section for boat parking. Shoal Bay boat ramp is only 320 metres away, so this is very convenient for location.
