the farmhouse is on a hillside, immersed in nature with a great view of the surrounding hills The 1000 sq. m. garden is full of cotto vases, flowers, bushes and trees, and is completely enclosed with hedges and fences, and there are also 10 hectares of non-enclosed land where you can go on long walks. The swimming pool is in a panoramic, calm position in front of the farmhouse, and is 5.5 x 18 metres with a depth of 1.4 metres, with a raised section with two hydromassage jets and a waterfall. The pool is surrounded by a paved bathing area with 10 sunbeds, 6 deck chairs, 2 umbrellas, 4 tables and an outdoor living room, as well as an outdoor warm water shower.
