El menaje, vajilla, batería de cocina y aparatos de pequeño electrodomésticos -batidora, exprimidor, tostadora, tres cafeteras una Nespresso, Italiana y otra de filto lavable- también están incluidos.
• comedor con capacidad para 22 personas para poder realizar largas comidas en familia al calor de la chimenea o viendo un programa en la televisión
• un salón amueblado con sofás dispuestos en torno a una televisión para pasar una tarde divertida
• en la parte baja se encuentra un pequeño office con cama nido doble a modo de supletorias, este office cuenta con baño propio
la casa dispone también de dos porches amueblados para poder reunirse por las tardes, un jardín de casi 400m2 con barbacoa, canasta y cama elástica y un garaje que puede albergar hasta 5 coches Cocina abierta con salida directa al porche y jardín de 400 m2.
