On the ground floor, there is a king bedroom and bathroom with walk in shower. The living space here opens directly to the stunning decked private pool area. It is a beautiful place to admire the dazzling views, gazing over to the Pakleni Island. Perfect at the end of a busy day for a dip in the small infinity pool and a glass of wine lazing on the ultra comfortable sunbeds! You can’t fail to notice the wonderful fragrance from the pine trees all around.
the second living area is on the attic floor Again with a very modern kitchen and dining space and corner sofa. There is a fabulous terrace, again with panoramic views over the sparkling azure sea. The two further bedrooms are equally well fitted with separate bathrooms.
there is parking at the property though you do not necessarily need a car staying so close to hvar town
just 100 meters from the sea this is a wonderful, smart property with great care taken It would be a perfect place if friends or family members wanted a little space from each other at the end of the day and so appealing to have a lovely little infinity pool to pop in.

krizni rat, in the district of krizni luca, is a quiet, popular residential area just away from hvar town It is possible to walk along the path to the Hvar harbour which is wonderful to look at with the plush boats. Krizni Rat itself has a lovely pebbled and stone beach with benches, welcome shady spots and a restaurant. It is a lovely spot to watch the boats go by and so close to Casa Landa. You can take a taxi boat direct from the marina and visit nearby Pakleni Otoci as well as Brac, Korcula and Vis islands. It is very easy to hire bikes and scooters in Hvar Town if you do not want to walk.

It is the island’s hub and is estimated to draw around 20000 people a day in high season! It is supposed to have the most sunshine of all the islands in the Adriatic Sea. Many people comment that it is like a town from a fairytale with its beautiful architecture, wonderful nature and dazzling weather.The piazza is magnificent, considered to be one of the most beautiful in Dalmatia and is dominated by St Stephen’s Cathedral. Cycle trips can be taken across the countryside exploring the charming little villages.
