Negative: If they do a good maintenance job I recommend the place, but before that not. The place itself is quite nice 2 bedroom apartment, but the place had fungi on the ceilings, many insects in one of the rooms, and the toilet didn't flush properly so we needed a bucket to flush the poo away. The garden was not maintained. The place needs some serious maintenance and do-over and it will be nice. The manager of the house was friendly and very willing to help.
Summary: Place needs some serious maintenance. Other than that it is nice.
