het huis is gelegen in de urbanisatie lloret de la creu en bevindt zich op slechts 75km van het centrum van Lloret de Mar en haar nabijgelegen mooie strandjes.

deze villa is ideaal voor bijvoorbeeld twee of zelfs drie gezinnen, want er zijn verschillende afgescheiden ruimtes waar u zich kunt terugtrekken. Het huis bestaat uit twee verdiepingen met 5 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers totaal (waarvan 2 gerenoveerd). Er is een heerlijk zwembad met loungebedjes voor iedereen en diverse gezellige plekken om te zitten in zowel de schaduw als de zon.
via de voordeur komt u bij de bovenste verdieping waar zich aan uw rechterhand de 1e keuken bevindt De keuken is voorzien van alle gemakken en zal u aan niets ontbreken.
naast de keuken is de 1e badkamer gelegen met toilet en douche Op deze verdieping bevinden zich naast de gezellige woonkamer met openhaard, televisie en loungestoel ook nog drie slaapkamers voor totaal 6 personen.
u kunt via de woonkamer via de openslaande deuren naar buiten om vervolgens via de tuin de benedenverdieping met de twee afzonderlijke ruimtes te bereiken
