Positive: Good location. Fast response to inquiries. Changed to better apartment (renovated recently) right next door.
Negative: Round stairway is too steep and feel dangerous. Pillows are only one type for all beds. Many tiny ants around kitchen (removed later day). Heater needed to be turned on the next day of arrival.
