Pool is fenced off, safe for kids. 38 miles from LAX, 16 miles from Six Flags Magic Mountain and walking distance from the famous Vazques Rocks Park.
upstairs has a 1,000 sq ft master bedroom with a huge hot tub, 2 large rooms with 1 queen bed each and private bathrooms 2 rooms with 2 bunk beds each and a shared full bathroom. Downstairs has 1 room with 2 bunk beds and shares a full bathroom with a room with 1 queen bed. Formal living room, large formal dining room with seating for 10. Spacious kitchen combined with a large family room. Another bedroom with a queen bed and couch. Down the hallway is an attached "guest house" with another kitchen, livingroom/game area, master bedroom with king bed and crib, another bedroom with 2 twin sized beds and a full bathroom. Main house is wrapped around an open cortyard with dining table and outdoor furniture. Pool and Cabana are gated off but a few steps away from back doors, including 2 full bathrooms. Cabana is equipped with 8 speakers inside and out and 4 beautiful hammocks hanging in front of pool.
