Our house is an elegant and bright two-level apartment set in a unique setting in the city: it is located in the magical and central Borgo Marinari, the islet where the famous Castel dell'Ovo stands, connected to Via Caracciolo by a romantic bridge. A stone's throw from the best hotels in the city, some of its major monuments, as well as the sea, the house is in a position that is difficult to match.
it represents an ideal starting point to visit the city and its surroundings, to enjoy the intense and changing panoramas of naples, but also a welcoming and romantic refuge to spend the evenings at home with friends, enjoy a dinner or read, work and relax
the house has been recently renovated, with parquet and luxury finishes, is tastefully furnished and is equipped with every comfort the house is composed as follows:
- on the first level, there is a spacious and bright living area, furnished with care and elegance with a six-seater table, sofas, a hammock and tv You will also find a large, sunny and equipped kitchen, with a table for four, fridge, freezer, oven and dishwasher. On the first floor there is also a lovely double bedroom which communicates with that of the upper floor through a closable window. The room has a small balcony overlooking Castel dell'Ovo. A guest bathroom and a laundry room with washing machine complete the lower floor. If necessary, the beds in the double bedroom can be separated.
