Positive: We found the house clean and tidy. It has high ceilings which helped keeping it cool during the hot summer days; the AC and fans worked well, too. The kitchen is spacious and the dining area has a nice, big, sturdy table with benches to sit. I especially liked the decorations in the house, and the Spanish style tiles. The rooms are spacious, especially the master bedroom & bathroom. The master bedroom has a Cal-King sized bed, the second bedroom a Queen sized bed, and the third a bunk-bed. The exterior is also spacious, neighbors are at a good distance. We needed a pet-friendly place to stay close to a friend's residence, and Casa Bellisima was a great fit.
Negative: The boarder of the shower in the master bedroom is made of a tile/stone block and stands at ankle height with a sharp edge. I hit it on the way in ... The driveways in front of the house & garage are short and steep, but if you are good at backing-up you shouldn't have a problem parking or getting out.
