set behind closed gates, our home comprises of 5 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms It’s a great house for a girls’ weekend away or that annual golf trip! Located minutes from prestige golf courses, Peninsula Hot Springs, St Andrews Brewery and many wineries ... this house is perfect for any occasion.
our home suits 2/3 families with a central living room, split system air conditioning unit, gas ducted heating for the cooler months and unlimited wifi It's very family friendly with 2 portacots and a high chair available at the property.
on a 730sqm block, there is plenty of room to relax indoors and out The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. The main bathroom has a bath. The outdoor area is a haven for relaxing including an outdoor setting for 10 people as well as a BBQ. you may even like to have a meal under the rotunda in the front yard!
