this 3 bedroom/2 bath home was completely updated a few years ago - including central ac It is walking distance to everything including a .4 mile walk to Forest Beach which has free parking and .3 miles to the inlet to Taylor's pond where there is a landing for fishing, kayaking, or paddleboarding. There is also neighborhood tennis & pickleball court less than a 1/4 mile walk away. Close to shopping in Chatham or walking distance to fun local restaurants. There is one king bed in the master, one queen bedroom, and one bedroom with two twin beds. Parking is available for up to three cars.
