This single story (no steps) pool home is located on a canal that leads to the Dora Chain of Lakes and Lake Apopka. The Dora Chain is known for great fishing, all watersports, and waterfront dining. There is a covered boat dock available for guests, and a public boat ramp is about a mile from the house. Across the canal is undeveloped land which makes for great bird watching from the property, as well as being located near two spots on the Florida Birding Trail.
