this is a lovely classic property with 2 bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 guests per stay The master bedroom is quite roomy with a double bed, cot space if needed and its own ensuite that consists of a wash basin and toilet. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds with a little wardrobe.
just outside the bedrooms in the hallway is the main bathroom and that has a shower cubicle, a wash basin and a toilet
as you come into the beautiful kitchen you will see that it has everything you will need to prepare and cook your meals including a hob and oven, a fridge/freezer and microwave, toaster and kettle and all the cutlery and plates etc There is a dining area that has fitted sofas, a dining table and a couple of chairs, plenty of room for you all to sit together as a family at meal times.
the main living area is beautifully kept and spacious with a lovely gas fire, there are double glazed windows and central heating throughout the property A fair use basis on gas and electricity is included.
you can park directly outside the van as it has its own parking space and last but not least you can also bring your fur babies along on the holiday as this van is pet friendly so none of the family are missing out

surrounding areas
winchelsea beach itself is a 5 min walk away, and has the most stunning views The beach is a stoney beach that stretches for miles and has an ancient forest that can only be seen when the tide is out. Literally just outside the entrance of the park there is a co-op, fish and chip shop and a kebab shop, not forgetting a lovely pub. If you walk to the end of the village by the beach there is a cafe with parking and serves the best meals for all the family to enjoy on the days you don't want to cook.
this property is highly recommended if you want a relaxed and chilled holiday and only a short drive or bus ride to the neighboring towns for a more upbeat atmosphere
winchelsea holiday park
this park has beautifully maintained grounds and has a heated outdoor swimming pool The clubhouse has entertainment for all the family and has a restaurant called the lobster pot that provides food and drinks. There is entertainment for all the family in peak times that are usually between 1st of april - 1st november.
