This is Florida, there are bugs and lizards in Florida and the home located near the river with mature vegetation, the occasional bug may get inside especially if the door is left open. There is a barn apartment located in the back of the property that is occupied by a trusted long term tenant. Do not be alarmed if you see someone waking to the back. The laundry area is a shared area please be respectful of that. The yard is separated and you have a yard to yourself. Dogs allowed with paid pet fee. All pets must be disclosed. No aggressive dogs.
