the original structure of this authentic mountain cabin was built in the 1800's Over the years, many updates and several additions have been made, but the home remains true to its earliest character and charm. This unique space offers a retreat from busy city life, from the demands of multitasking, from noise and light pollution... It invites every guest to slow down, to enjoy a beverage and a book on the porch, to tend a fire in the outdoor ring, to star gaze.....
however, the open living area of this historic house can become chilly during colder months, and bugs sometimes find their way inside Guests are encouraged to lean into the cabin experience, to bring their favorite fuzzy socks and remember that we share the natural world with all sorts of remarkable living creatures.
