our community has a lake, playground, basketball area and a trash compactor area for easy trash removal at our home
other things to note:
‼️important house & hoa rules:‼️
⚠️car tags: car tags must always be displayed in the vehicle while in the bcw (brier crest woods) community The tags should remain in the car until you leave the BCW property.
⚠️wristbands: wristbands must always be worn while utilizing all bcw amenities DO NOT DISCARD. Please make sure that all wristbands are left at the property upon the end of your stay. If amenity wrist bands are lost or stolen while staying at our home there is a $10 replacement fee.
⚠️pets: a strict leash law is enforced in the community Pets are not permitted in the beach area, the swimming area or boat dock area. You are required to clean up after your pets when walking them.
⚠️beach: swimming is only permitted in the roped off area at the lake The lake at Brier Crest Woods is swim at your own risk.
⚠️no kayaks or paddle boards are allowed to be used at our community's lake, but lake harmony is right down the road and allows for them
⚠️ given our property's rural setting, you might occasionally notice small, non-harmful insects Rest assured, we have comprehensive, year-round pest control measures in place and work hard to minimize these encounters. thank you for your understanding, and please let us know if you have any concerns!
