You’ll love staying here! Unwind, have fun and enjoy the beautiful scenery! The cabin will comfortably sleep 8-10 with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Beautiful large kitchen with a double oven and spacious back deck with plenty of space for the kids to play. Do you have an electric car, no problem we have a level 2 charger on-site.

prior to your departure, please tidy up the townhome by doing the following:
-remove all perishable items from the refrigerator excluding condiments
-bring the trash to trash bin to the street (trash comes on monday if you check out on a sunday or monday)
-please start the dishwasher
-please start a load of dirty towels in the wash if you are able Pods are provided.
-turn off all lights, and make sure both fireplaces are shut off Additional fees will apply if left on.
-turning the winter months please set the thermostat heat to 60 degrees During the summer months please set the AC to 85 degrees.
-close and lock all windows and doors
-additional fees will be imposed if the cabin is found in an unsatisfactory condition

-no smoking or vaping inside
-no events or parties larger than 8 people
-must be at least 25 years old to book
-please report any damages that occur to both the sarah & dominic
-2 dogs are allowed for a nonrefundable $95 Any additional pet will be $95 each. Guests are responsible for cleaning up the dog waste left behind.
