Perfect for a family summer beach holiday or a winter escape, this traditional two-storey house, one of a pair, has been lovingly restored to offer spacious accommodation. It has a large family kitchen, a welcoming open fire in the living room, the twin bedroom and the full size bunk bedroom both have a TV and there is table football in the hallway. The property lies just 100 yards from a glorious sandy beach – a paradise for children. The local shop and inn are just 100 yards away and it is ideally placed to take advantage of the myriad attractions this lovely area has to offer. First, the stunning, award winning, dog friendly beach for swimming or frequent sightings of the local seals. The beach has a lifeguard and boat launching facility in one of the seven perfect sandy bays that are formed by the off lining man-made reefs. The village of Sea Palling has a local fish shop, café, fish and chip shop, pub with music serving food all day, an amusement arcade, children's playground and a water sports shop which also hires some equipment, all within a 100 metres from Beach House! Other local attractions include Great Yarmouth fun fair, Thrigby Zoo, boat hire and fishing on the Broads, inland water and nature reserves, and of course the latest treetop adventure park BeWILDerwood, which the children will love. A day out can be enjoyed at Norwich, a medieval city, with its castle, cathedral, fine dining, museums and excellent shops, which is just a short drive. Shop, pub and restaurant 100 yards.
