Ysgubor Uchaf (ref 29517) and Hen Ysgubor (ref 29518) are situated further up along the farm's private lane. Hen Ysgubor is a ground floor Barn Conversion apartment situated below Ysgubor Uchaf which is the first floor apartment. The Farm overlooks the beautiful Mawddach Estuary, just off the coastal road to Fairbourne. Both properties are close for the beautiful Mawddach Estuary footpath and coastal trail/cycle path and direct access from the farm leads down to the golden sands of Fairbourne beach or across the Victorian bridge to Barmouth.
