There is good walking in the area, May hill with its wild horses ,beautiful views of the severn and wales is 10 minute drive or 30 min walk ,canoeing on the Wye, mountain biking in the forest and horse racing at Cheltenham and Hereford. Horse riding available nearby. Shop 3 miles, pub and restaurant 1½ miles.
