Indoor heated swimming pool (shared with other properties on-site, 12m x 5.5m, depth 1m - 1.4m, open 9am - 9pm April-October). Games room with pool, table tennis and darts (shared with other properties on-site). No smoking. Please note: There is an unfenced pond in the grounds, 50 yards away.. Surrounded by the beautiful North Devon countryside and a short drive from the stunning coastline at Woolacombe, the self-catering apartments and cottages at Trimstone Manor have something to offer everybody. The delightful Lee Studio (UKC3372) has a patio area overlooking the gardens and the Granary (UKC3373) is ideal for that extended family getaway. Mill Cottage (UKC3374), Gate Cottage (UKC3375), and Manor Cottage (UKC3782) have a first-floor open-plan living area, Paddock Cottage (UKC3783) is good for a larger family or a group of friends, Mill Apartment (UKC3784) is situated on the first floor and Croyde (UKC3785) is a first-floor studio, perfect for a couple. Within the extensive grounds, shared amenities include an indoor heated swimming pool (April to October), a small gym area and a games room. There is also a formal garden area, fields perfect for games or a BBQ, and a small poultry collection where you can see chickens, geese, turkeys, emus, and peacocks.
nearby braunton is the gateway to some of north devon's finest beaches including saunton and croyde At Woolacombe, you can enjoy the sandy beaches or learn to surf at one of the many surf schools in the area. Close by are the Braunton Burrows dunes designated an Area of Special Scientific Interest. The nearby town of Ilfracombe has a good range of shops and amenities. It has a bustling harbour area where fishing and sea safari trips can be arranged. Watermouth Castle and Exmoor Zoo are just a short journey away. There is also the famous Tunnels Beach area.
