the front door opens to a lovely dual aspect lounge with comfy sofas arranged around a large coffee table, cosy log fire and smart tv making this ideal place to relax at any time of day To the rear of the cottage there is a spacious kitchen dining room, with a contemporary, fitted kitchen & family dining table. Upstairs, to the bedrooms: the first, to the rear has a comfortable king-size bed, views to the fells and an en-suite. The second bedroom has twin beds and also offers an en-suite shower room. Outside, there is small patio area with bistro table, the ideal spot for coffee in the morning, and across the yard there is a utility room with washing machine and drier and bike storage.
