a cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, a kitchenette with cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities The bathroom follows ecologically sustainable principles, including an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste-holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower.

guests can access the 70 acres of property and the tiny home but not enter the main house area or paddocks which will be separated by a fence Guests will be able to see natural wildlife including kangaroos, birds, and have access to feed the Black Angus Cattle who also frequent the paddock and dam.

- we have 3 beautiful white ponies on the property for our guests to feed You can bring your own apples, carrots, etc, to feed them. We provide hay for the animals to be fed.
- as this is a remote property without council rubbish collection, we kindly ask guests to ensure all dishes are washed and all rubbish is taken with them upon departure An additional rubbish removal fee of $50 may apply.

- keep in mind that outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- for stays of 5 nights or more (or for bookings of 5 nights or more), an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests We appreciate your understanding.
