there are many great walks right from the doorstep, and there is an iron age fort accessible to guests just 5 minutes walk from the house on the farmland The area is a walker's paradise. Close to the Cambrian Mountains Astro Trail, with Hostel Ty'n y Cornel, Llanddewi Brefi being the closest Dark Sky Discovery Site.
it is just a 10-minute walk into the market town of tregaron, which sits on the western edge of the cambrian mountains and is a gateway to many sites of natural and historical importance in west wales All roads lead to the market square. It is surrounded by characterful buildings, including the 13th-century Talbot Hotel, an old drovers' inn, which supposedly has an elephant buried in its grounds.
