Each bedroom has a private bath and the home is completely furnished for your convenience.
the beach house is one of the two homes built on this property...one on the street level and the beach house....They both have private entrances and yards...they sit on the property with separate pads on the ground...there is a driveway from the road level with two gates to the beach home...The driveway to the beach is gated for privacy but does not have a fenced yard for your dog and the driveway is used by both homes, front yard is gated to the beach so small children can not get to the water but is not meant to fence in your dog.The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both are king size beds..
